If you would love being a part of the Montana charm and providing the highest level of guest service, ensuring no detail is too small to overlook, and being a part of creating experiences, then Yellowstone Club is looking for you.Yellowstone Club’s Culinary department is currently seeking candidates for Stewards for Winter 2026-2027!Responsibilities Include:Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pansOperate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, handwash station, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactorBreakdown dirty bus tubsRack and spray items with hot waterSort, soak, and wash/rewash silverwareInspect, pull, and stack cleaned items and send soiled items back for rewashingStore clean wares in appropriate areasWash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipmentSafely use and store detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicalsLoad/unload trucks that deliver or pickup food or suppliesReceive and stock supplies, store perishables, and rotate stockMove equipment, supplies, or foodEmpty and maintain trash cans and dumpster areaSweep and mop floorsDispose of glass in proper containersBreakdown cardboardPlace recyclables in recycle binAssist with basic food preparation or serving, as neededPrepare place settingsSet banquet tablesFollow all safety/security policies/proceduresMaintain a clean and neat appearance. Maintain outstanding service standards for Members and guestsPosition Requirements:Minimum 3 months steward or dishwashing experience in luxury club or private resort settingAbility to operate dishwashing machineBasic kitchen safety knowledge; speak/write English clearly/legiblyFrequently lift up to 40 lbs.Constantly use hands/fingers to handle/organize/lift itemsConstantly stand/walk/talk/hearFrequently bend/stoop/kneel/crouch/reach w/ hands/armsConstantly use vision for accuracy/attention to detailAble to stand for extended periods of timeMust pass pre-employment background check, paid by employer, carried out equally among US and H-2B workers.The position offered is a seasonal, full-time position located in Big Sky, MT.Yellowstone Club offers great benefits including free public transportation from Bozeman to the Club upon hire and a complimentary meal each day.
