We are seeking an experienced and talented Director, Integrated Marketing to manage the always-on marketing engine in support of all our markets (currently 14 branches across 9 states in the southeastern United States), including campaigns, social media, website updates, content marketing, email, and location-based strategies. This person will ensure connectivity of go-to-market efforts to our data and technology ecosystem, enabling ongoing intelligence for optimized decision making, with the ultimate goal of achieving efficient and sustainable growth. They will ensure the integrity of the Magna brand across all touchpoints, making sure our voice is consistent across the customer journey. The ideal candidate will be results driven and experienced at applying insight and data to touchpoint planning with a strong ability to grasp new technologies that support delivery of an unmatched customer experience, whether online or at the door. This individual will report to the VP, Revenue, collaborating closely with them to enable acquisition through retention efforts across our priority channels (door-to-door, ecommerce, inside sales, pest experts), shifting tactics based on seasonality and market trends. You will leverage an ecosystem of marketing specialists, both internal and external, to execute on integrated touchpoint plans, defining budgets and goals to ensure desired outcomes. You will also partner with Emory Oak Partners (“EOP”, which wholly owns Magna) strategy, analytics, technology and operations team members via the center of excellence (COE) to translate brand, experience and growth strategies into effective plans and execution. This role will be key to informing our transformation playbook for other portfolio companies, and is a great opportunity to join us as we establish best practices for our home services businesses. What you’ll do: Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention efficiently and effectively across our revenue streams (e.g. online, eCommerce, door-to-door, inside sales, etc.).Participate in annual and quarterly planning processes to determine growth agendas, projections and budget requirements, contributing data and customer insight to inform strategy adaptation. Manage and allocate defined marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.Develop test and learn agendas to inform continued enhancement of go-to-market tactics and outcomes.Collaborate with the Associate, Business Operations and EOP’s center of excellence to optimize engagement flows and automations to monitor pinch points and streamline the customer experience journey. Align marketing strategies to the EOP technology and data ecosystem, ensuring transparent measurement and ongoing performance monitoring for all campaigns.Support development of a marketing playbook to scale learnings and effective strategies across the Emory Oak Partners’ portfolio. Campaign development and managementLead cross-functional teams of both internal and external (freelancers, agencies) to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various relevant channels, including digital advertising, social media, email, content marketing, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, partnerships and audio/video channels.Develop campaign level briefs and touchpoint plans to guide development and deployment across the ecosystem of technology, analytics, creative and media talent. Manage the go-to-market readiness process from brief development through concepting building, deploying and optimizing, ensuring alignment on inputs and outputs throughout, across the marketing, sales, customer support and operations teams. Ensure technology and measurement is set up to support the conversion flows required for each program, partnering with the marketing operations team to deploy campaigns, content and measurement across integrated channels. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement using dashboard and reporting technology.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance, identify growth opportunities, and make strategic recommendations.Always on channel management:Manage digital talent to support organic social presence, tying storytelling to campaigns and baseline themes to effectively engage, educate and convert our ideal customers.Partner with the EOP Center of Excellence to fill content gaps to support your go-to-market plans, ensuring connection of stories to audience needs and brand principles.Ensure local marketing efforts are activated and working for existing and new markets including local service ad and other unique referral channels by market.Develop and maintain governance with the branch managers to inform unique execution opportunities in each revenue channel (e.g. door-to-door), prioritizing support where growth gaps and opportunities exist. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Foster strong collaboration between marketing, sales, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and achievement of shared goals.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Establish governance for ongoing planning and optimization to align sales and operations with expected outcomes. Team Leadership:Determine and manage the internal and external resources required to support the growth plans in partnership with the EOP COE.Create a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.4+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record of driving significant user growth and revenue expansion in B2C environments.Home services category experience is a plus.
