Personal Trainer

Job Summary:Responsibilities:We are looking for a Personal Trainer to join our team. As our new Personal Trainer you will:Provide excellent customer service and help to maintain a positive user experience in the gymWork 1:1 and in small groups with clients to help them define and meet their fitness and health goalsWrite workout plans for clients to be executed both with and without your supervisionProvide fitness education and advice to gym usersWork with the personal training team to continue to expand the team's knowledge and ability to performAny and all administrative duties related to planning workouts, reporting hours and scheduling training sessions with clientsOther duties as assignedThe Ideal Candidate would have:Currently certified through one of the nationally accredited industry associations (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.)Current CPR/AED/First Aid CertificationsMinimum of 1-year personal training experience working with clientsDemonstrated ability to perform necessary training movements and exercisesExcellent communication skillsCreative thinkerProven ability to teach and motivate othersBasic understanding of nutrition and weight lossAbility to work with many different types of people in a corporate setting Who We AreFor nearly 30 years, Exos has been dedicated to getting people ready for the moments that matter by promoting a holistic approach to health.
