Sub-Assemblers - (1st Shift)Move Forward with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring 1st Shift / Sub-Assemblers in Dallas, TX.We are seeking experienced Sub-Assemblers who will assist the Assembly Dept with Heavy Manufacturing projects. Our client has Great Company Culture, Overtime & Air-Conditioned Environment.As a Sub-Assembler, you will:Build and Assemble Doors and Mullions in a Fast-Paced Environment. (Heavy Assembly) These are NOT Small Parts.Must Have Experience using Power Tools and Hand Tools: TORQUE WRENCH, Impact Drills, Tape Measurers, Screwdrivers, Etc.) to accomplish assigned tasks.Review, analyze, and follow various blueprints, diagrams, drawing, procedures, and work instructions to complete Sub-Assemblies for enclosure buildings.Must be able to lift 35+ pounds or more, as you will be working with Tall and Heavy "Doors"Prolonged periods of Standing, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks.Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled Doors & Mullions meet specifications and quality standards.Identify any product defects; record and report them accordingly.This is a Full-time, Long-Term position with OT opportunities!*RESUME with Related Experience Required Potential Interview & Testing ***Schedule: Monday - Friday - 6:00am - 2:30pm with Mandatory OT & Possible Saturdays or SundaysThe ideal candidate will have:Ability to read/write/speak in EnglishMust have 1-2 years of RELATED experience in Heavy Sub-Assembly in a Manufacturing Setting Preferred.Must have Experience with a TORQUE WRENCH, Impact Drills, Tape Measurers, Screwdrivers.Ability to interpret Blueprints, Wiring drawings, Schematics, and Engineering diagramsStrong manual dexterity and hand/eye coordinationBasic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements.Must wear all PPE as required.Experience with Forklifts is a Plus but not required,High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Depending on ExperienceQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
