Loan Processor
*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team. The Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing loan applications and ensuring they meet all necessary guidelines before submission for approval.
*Responsibilities*
- Review loan applications to ensure all required documents are included
- Verify the accuracy of loan application information
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to obtain missing information
- Ensure compliance with banking and lending regulations such as TILA, FNMA, and escrow requirements
*Experience*
- Previous experience in loan processing or related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic math and 10 key typing
- Familiarity with contract terms and credit analysis
- Understanding of loan officer responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,868.00 - $47,087.00 per year
