SummaryThe Project Manager, Production, is responsible for leading and managing complex global supply chain projects and delivering project results to meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines. This position reports directly to the Manager, Project Management Production, and bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.What You'll DoInitiate, plan, and manage complex projects or sub-projects, global and regional, within the Production DivisionDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, and risksLead cross-functional and global project teams to deliver results on time, within scope, and within budgetDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and tracking tools to ensure transparency and accountabilityMonitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactivelyCoordinate and align stakeholders across functions and regions, including production, logistics, engineering, procurement, planning, IT, and qualityEnsure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders and senior management on project status, milestones, and outcomesDrive decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendationsManage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial targets are metFacilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment and progressSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing best practicesEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project management standardsMaintain project documentation, including charters, risk registers, and lessons learnedContribute to the development and standardization of project management methodologies and tools within the Production organization on a global levelCollaborate with global teams and support change management activities related to project implementationWho You AreBA/BS degree or equivalent (Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business, Engineering or similar), MBA is a plus3-5 years related work experience and demonstrated proficiency in leading global projects in a supply chain environment within a manufacturing or engineering settingGood understanding of processes along the supply chain of a manufacturing companyExperience with project management tools and methodsStrong leadership skills, ability to align teams and confidently communicate at all levelsExcellent interpersonal skills, proactive and positive attitude, team playerHigh level of written and verbal communication skills in a professional settingDemonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skillsWillingness to travel (~10%)Who We AreBelimo is the global market leader in the development, production, and marketing of field devices for the energy-efficient control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 - $115,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee's annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
