Marketing Operations Associate

Papa Pixels is a growing digital marketing agency based in Kansas City. We build lead generation systems for service businesses across the country. As we scale, we're hiring our first full-time team member to work directly with the founder and help run day-to-day marketing execution for our clients.Who this is forThis role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone early in their career who wants to break into digital marketing. If you've been looking for a foot in the door with a growing company where you can actually build skills and grow with the business, this is that opportunity.What you'll doYou'll be trained to build and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, design ad creatives in Canva, write ad copy, and build landing pages in GoHighLevel. Over time, you'll own more of the day-to-day marketing execution for our client accounts.
