Job Description ```Duties:```- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop and implement individualized care plans- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or authorized prescribers- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records```Qualifications:```- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Alabama- Experience with gastric lavage, neonatal ventilators, pediatrics, hospice palliative medicine, and senior care- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
