Senior Litigation Technology & Review SpecialistGreater Los Angeles Area A highly regarded litigation-focused organization is seeking an experienced litigation technology and review professional to join a lean, high-performing team supporting complex matters across multiple practice areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can operate independently while partnering closely with attorneys and case teams.The team is currently operating with limited bandwidth, so this individual will play a critical role in managing discovery operations, supporting review strategy, and driving efficient workflows across active matters. The organization is open to remote candidates with exceptional Relativity expertise and strong end-to-end eDiscovery experience. Candidates who are developing into the role may also be considered if they are willing to maintain a stronger in-office presence in the Los Angeles area.Key ResponsibilitiesManage eDiscovery workflows across all phases of the EDRM, including processing, review, production, and quality controlServe as a primary resource for litigation teams on discovery technology and review strategyAdminister and optimize Relativity environments, including analytics and AI-assisted review workflowsSupport document review operations utilizing TAR, CAL, predictive coding, clustering, and related technologiesCoordinate productions, perform production QC, and ensure compliance with client and court specificationsPartner directly with attorneys to develop defensible workflows and scalable review strategiesManage vendor relationships, project timelines, and discovery budgetsMaintain clear documentation of workflows, productions, and technical decisionsTroubleshoot technical and workflow-related issues under tight deadlinesQualifications5+ years of hands-on eDiscovery or litigation support experience in a law firm or consulting environmentDeep expertise with Relativity, including analytics and AI-assisted review toolsStrong understanding of document productions, QC processes, metadata handling, and ESI protocolsExperience supporting complex litigation matters with minimal oversightAbility to balance multiple priorities in a lean-team environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with attorneys and vendorsExperience with modern AI review workflows and emerging litigation technologies preferredWork ArrangementPreferred: Hybrid schedule in Los Angeles (targeting ~3 days onsite)Open to flexibility for highly qualified candidates, particularly those with advanced Relativity experienceRemote candidates will be considered if they meet the majority of technical requirements
