This role is critical in keeping operations running smoothly and maintaining inventory control.What You'll Do:Move palletized materials using a forklift, including multi-level racking and semi-tractor trailersEnsure proper product rotation and adherence to inventory control proceduresStack and label boxes on 40x48" pallets according to customer specificationsFollow safety regulations governing forklift operationWork in a cold environment (36-38°F)Perform stacking and lifting as requiredStand for extended periods while operating equipmentMaintain strong depth perception and long-distance vision for safe operationComplete daily preventive maintenance checks on forkliftsReport equipment malfunctions to supervisorsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Need to Succeed:High School diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year of experience operating a Stand-Up ForkliftBasic math and computer skillsPass a Vision and Math TestStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to safety - Prevent injury to yourself and othersAbility to follow instructions and execute tasks accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentClean driving record and valid state motor vehicle license may be requiredFlexible scheduleWork Environment:Cold Storage Facility (36-38°F)Exposure to loud noiseMust be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.Heavy forklift trafficStanding, walking, and bending required on concrete flooringManual dexterity required for computer tasksBe Part of Something Fresh!If you're looking for a stable and rewarding career with a company that values its team members, WP Rawl is the place for you!Apply today and take the next step in your career with WP Rawl!WP Rawl is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
