Job description We are looking to hire a full time manager for the Cold Stone Creamery located in Eagle River, Alaska. Pay starting at $18 with raises possible based on performance. Job includes tips, average tips are another $3-$4 an hour on top of base pay! The ideal candidate will have exceptional people management skills, quick learner, ability to follow and build systems and processes, a flexible schedule to accommodate unscheduled work days and an excellent customer-centric focus.
