Regional Sales Manager

Las Vegas manufacturer looking for a Regional Sales Manager. We make custom modern doors and windows for the building industry and need a Regional Sales Manager to grow the business in a select territory. This position is full time at our North Las Vegas headquarters.The sales manager would cultivate relationships with general contractors, architects, dealers and customers to obtain bid opportunities and close sales. Some travel required.Qualifications:· Must have a minimum of 4 years successful experience as either a sales professional, sales representative, or a project manager.· Experience working in the construction industry (window & door industry is a plus).· Ability to read construction plans is a plus.· Must know cold-call techniques and best practices for finding potential clients.· Aggressive. Need to be able to go after the business and close sales.· Confident and persuasive speaker, able to present in front of architectural firms, contractors, dealers, project managers, and homeowners.· Must be an expert at following up with customers.· Able to negotiate and persuade during the contract-signing process.· Strong communication skills, customer service attitude, and a friendly personality.· CRM experience helpful.Compensation Structure: Starting base pay of $55K/year for 6 months, dropping to $32K at that time. Commission is 4%. Potential of over $200,000+/annually is possible.Education: High school diploma.
