Sr. Manager, MTO Operational Engineering

The Operational Engineering role within MTO is an experienced, hands‑on technical contributor supporting and scaling manufacturing processes across Alcon’s global network. The role applies manufacturing science, process engineering, and technology transfer expertise across process development, validation, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle support.Engineers at this level operate flexibly across diverse manufacturing environments, collaborating with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and R&D partners to assess risk and deliver practical, compliant solutions.
