Location: Chicago, ILSalary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription POSITION SUMMARY :This role is responsible for increasing distribution, driving revenue growth, and strengthening customer relationships across grocery, wholesale, and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will operate with an ownership mindset, executing sales strategies while delivering best-in-class service and in-store execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow assigned sales territory by developing new business and expanding existing accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with grocery retailers, wholesalers, and distribution partnersExecute sales strategies to increase product distribution, shelf presence, and overall market shareIdentify new opportunities for placement, promotion, and product expansion within accountsConduct regular sales calls and develop structured daily and weekly routing plansMerchandise products in-store, ensuring optimal shelf placement, pricing, and promotional executionSubmit accurate and timely orders using company systems and product pricing guidelinesMonitor competitive activity, pricing trends, and market conditions, providing actionable feedback to managementMaintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performanceCollaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and promotional campaignsResolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.Essential Skills And Experience2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in Authentic Hispanic food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a territory-based roleStrong customer relationship management and negotiation skillsExperience working with retail stores, distributors, or foodservice accounts preferredSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredMust have strong computer skills & Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Local travel (75% of the time - with mileage reimbursement) CORE COMPETENCIES Sales execution & closingTerritory managementProspecting & business developmentCustomer service excellenceProduct knowledge & merchandisingProblem-solving and adaptability#jdpBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
