Operations Manager - I&C Installations
About the role
As Operations Manager for I&C Installations, you will lead operations and execution of the I&C Installation Services product line. This will include managing all aspects of execution and delivery for I&C Installation projects.
You will report to the Sr. Director of Specialty Outage & Maintenance Services and will be based out of our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA. This role does require 25-30% travel.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering I&C Installation field projects at customer sites, as contracted in a safe manner.
Profit and loss responsibilities including delivering aggregate margin-as-delivered, which should be greater than or equal to the product-specific objective from financial plan.
Manage a team of employees supporting contract delivery, working with resource managers and recruiters to ensure field projects are correctly staffed to deliver I&C Installation Services. This includes full-time and contracted employees as well as union and non-union resources as applicable.
Responsible for overall equipment and tooling strategy necessary to deliver projects.
Responsible for staffing trained, qualified personnel, consistent with contractual requirements, including preparation, resource strategy, equipment/tooling readiness and site execution of contractual deliverables.
Support I&C Customer Solutions Manager/Product Manager with product strategy, offer development, capital and innovation investments to meet market needs and secure order entry backlog maximizing profitability and long term growth.
Analyze needs and develop unique customer solutions to address customer concerns.
Support offer development as required led by Sales, Marketing and CSMs; support development of strategic focus, communication of vision for future and help promote a culture that aligns with organizational goals.
Support in developing a culture that values customer service, human performance fundamentals, radiation protection practices and safety.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
10 years of experience in Field Service Operations role
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Demonstrated ability to oversee project activities and opportunity management, conveying feedback on customer satisfaction, needs and opportunities
Demonstrated successful business development skills including cost estimation, offer development and complex contract negotiations
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400.00 to $163,000.00 per year.
