This role supports reconstruction projects by restoring properties to pre-loss condition while delivering excellent customer service and representing the company brand.Essential FunctionsHang, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywallPatch and repair walls and ceilings to pre-loss conditionPrepare surfaces and apply paint with professional finishesMatch textures and paint colorsSet up containment, floor protection, and dust control systemsPick up and deliver materials to job sitesMaintain company tools, equipment, and vehiclesCommunicate job progress and concerns to the Project ManagerComplete daily job notes and upload photosSupport light demolition and prep work as neededParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule as needed.CompetenciesStrong attention to detailExcellent time management skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to function well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environmentWork EnvironmentResidential and commercial job sitesTravel between Pennsylvania office locationsExposure to construction materials, dust, and noisePhysical DemandsAbility to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workdayLift up to 50 poundsProlonged driving between job sitesRegular use of hand and power toolsRequired Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent13 years of drywall and painting experienceBasic math and measuring skillsKnowledge of jobsite safety practicesValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
