Join us in delivering exceptional medical services in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions, including ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disordersPerform surgical procedures such as sinus surgeries, tonsillectomies, and ear surgeriesConduct patient examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plansCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient careEducate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive careMaintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulationsStay current with advancements in ENT practices and participate in ongoing professional developmentRequirements Skills and Qualifications:Medical degree (MD) with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT)Board certification or eligibility in OtolaryngologyValid medical license to practice in the respective state or countryProven experience in diagnosing and managing ENT conditionsStrong surgical skills and proficiency with relevant medical equipmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamCompassionate approach to patient care and attention to detail St. Croix Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
