Concessions include a variety of locations including: Beer Portables, Markets, and stands. A primary focus is to ensure exceptional customer service and that all alcohol sales policies are followed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESVerify and monitor product inventories, before and during the event, to ensure they are maintained at the appropriate levels for service and sales objectives. Oversee the safe and responsible service of alcohol.Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed.Train and coach staff on basic food service operations.Oversee the assigned locations closing properly, timely and accurately with inventory control. Special projects and assignments as business dictatesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will oversee assigned concessions locations on event day.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Foodservice management experience is not necessary, but preferredMaintain a positive and professional demeanor at all timesTeam oriented and strong customer service skillsOrganized and attentive to detailStrong verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to stand or walk for long periods of timeAbility to lift, carry 25lbs, bend, pull, reach, and push.
