We celebrate innovation, champion inclusiveness, and believe in the power of communication to shape a better future for our region.About The RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Accounting Specialist reporting to the Controller to support the financial operations of the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and the affiliated organizations.The Revenue Accounting Specialist will support revenue accounting operations across the organization and its affiliated entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial data in a multi-entity nonprofit environment. This role is responsible for day-to-day revenue processes, including invoicing, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and revenue tracking.A strong candidate for this role is detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with the ability to manage responsibilities with limited supervision. They are comfortable working with data, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating across teams in a dynamic and evolving nonprofit environment.Work EnvironmentWe embrace a hybrid work model that values collaboration and autonomy. This position requires consistent in-person presence, three days per week in our downtown Seattle office, as well as on-site or in-field work for events and meetings. One day per week may be remote for Washington State residents. The anticipated hiring range for this position is $35.63 - $43.54 hourly based on experience.
