You'll be responsible for creating a smooth, professional experience while ensuring each member receives accurate information and support.Your responsibilities will include:Reviewing benefit options with members through Zoom appointmentsExplaining programs in a clear, simple, and professional mannerAssisting with documentation and ensuring details are completed accuratelyBuilding lasting relationships through consistent follow-up and serviceWorking with your team to improve communication, organization, and client experienceParticipating in ongoing training and development to strengthen your skillsWhat We\'re Looking For We\'re looking for individuals who are reliable, coachable, and comfortable communicating with people in a virtual setting.
