Power Platform Application Developer

For our client, we are seeking a Power Platform Application Developer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.This role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting business applications built on Microsoft Power Platform in a remote environment. You will work closely with analysts, stakeholders, and development team members to deliver secure, scalable solutions that improve application delivery and operational efficiency. The position also includes technical leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior developers and helping establish strong coding and deployment practices.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $107,744 – $143,750 annuallyResponsibilities Design, develop, and support applications using Microsoft Power Platform Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages solutions Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and SQL Server Develop custom components, plugins, PCF controls, and APIs Implement role-based security and follow security best practices Lead a team of developers and mentor junior members Establish coding standards and deployment processes Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions Participate in Agile ceremonies and present updates to stakeholdersQualifications 10+ years of IT experience in software development and application delivery 5+ years developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online Proficient in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform Plugins, PCF Controls, and APIs Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) certification required; PL-600 preferred Strong communication and presentation skillsBenefits Variety of medical plan options, including those with Health Savings Accounts Dental and vision plan options 401(k) plan with company match Full flex work weeks where possible and various paid time off plans 15 days of paid leave per year plus 10 paid holidays Paid family leave of up to 160 hours in 12 months for eligible employees Short-term and long-term disability benefits, life insurance, and critical illness coverageOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
