The Business Applications team is responsible for designing, supporting, and continuously enhancing the enterprise platforms that power our core business processes. We partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and reliable solutions, including Salesforce and other critical systems.
Our team is highly collaborative and cross-functional, bringing together product owners, developers, administrators, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality applications that drive efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and provide a strong user experience. What You Will Get to Do
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and define solutions
Translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Own and manage the product backlog across Salesforce and integrated systems
Lead sprint ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos
Work closely with the development team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
Configure and support solutions across Salesforce, Zuora, DocuSign and other proprietary systems
Leverage Salesforce Agile Accelerator to manage intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking
Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
Support UAT and release planning
Ensure delivered features align with business goals
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing a backlogIdeally, experience supporting or integrating with Zuora Billing or other billing applications/platforms
Ideally, experience implementing or supporting DocuSign workflows and integrations or other contract lifecycle management tools
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
