In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the hiring process while building valuable skills in recruiting, communication, and client service.What You'll Do:Help source and screen candidates for open positionsCoordinate interviews and keep communication flowing between candidates and hiring managersSupport day-to-day recruiting and staffing projectsProvide a positive experience for both candidates and clientsAssist in keeping the hiring process organized and running smoothlyWhat We're Looking For:Proficiency using Google Workplace tools (Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive)Background in handling high-volume phone outreach (up to 100 calls per day)Strong customer service and/or sales skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsClear communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to think critically, solve problems, and take initiative Adaptable and able to thrive in a remote, team-oriented Zoom environment
