Working directly with Jeff Saccacio, one of the country’s most respected tax and estate planning leaders, you will help deliver deeply sophisticated planning for some of the most complex founder and entrepreneurial families in the ecosystem.This role is ideal for someone with a tax (CPA), legal (JD/LLM), or advanced wealth planning background who wants to operate in a modern, fast-paced environment and eventually step into expanded leadership responsibilities over 3–5 years.In addition to technical planning, this VP will play an important role in Intellectus Connexus—the firm’s value-creation network—by identifying collaboration opportunities among clients, cultivating strategic partners, and expanding a best-in-class service provider ecosystem.Key Responsibilities1. Advanced Family Office & Wealth StrategySupport and help lead complex trust & estate planning engagementsAnalyze legal structures, tax positioning, and entity architecture for entrepreneurial clientsCoordinate with external attorneys, accountants, and tax/legal specialistsAssist with multigenerational strategy, gifting, succession planning, and business transition designBuild and enhance Client relationships through planning2. Financial Planning & Technical ModelingBuild comprehensive financial plans, projections, liquidity strategies, and advanced cash-flow modelsSupport planning related to equity comp, liquidity events, concentrated positions, and exit scenariosMaintain deep fluency in tax laws, estate strategies, regulatory dynamics3. Client Engagement & Advisory SupportAttend client meetings with founders, executives, and multigenerational familiesTranslate complex tax/legal/planning concepts into clear, actionable adviceWork closely with Jeff and senior advisors on high-stakes client planningTravel as needed for relationship building and high-impact in-person sessions4. Business Development, Expansion & Client RetentionParticipate in new client presentations and prospect engagementHelp identify planning-driven opportunities to expand relationshipsImprove client retention through high-touch planning and proactive insightsDevelop planning materials, proposals, frameworks, and intellectual capital that positions Intellectus as an elite advisory partner5.
