Genesis Jet is looking for experienced Fractional Sales, Charter Sales and Membership Executives to join our growing team. Both remote and hybrid options are available.Genesis Jet was founded with our partner, Tri-State Jet Charter and Slate Aviation a Part 135 and 380 Air Carrier and Operator with a long standing presence in aviation since 1963. Our team is committed to delivering a personalized, private aviation experience, drawing on decades of industry expertise. Together, our experience allows us to anticipate your needs with a proactive, tailored approach, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service and deliver a seamless, personalized travel experience.ResponsibilitiesGenerate revenue through cold-calling, in-person meetings, and qualifying individuals based upon their decision-making ability, financial capacity and need/desire for jet charter or membership services.Generate leads through a proactive search made up of CEO-level decision makers and high net-worth individuals.Research prospective members utilizing the company database and external sources as provided.Maintain an active, healthy pipeline.Act as an expert advisor to assist prospective and current clients to appropriately recommend a solution to their needs.Meet and greet current prospects and clients for flights as needed.Prepare proposals, presentations and sales contracts.QualificationsFour years plus years experience in Jet Card, Fractional or Charter Sales.Strong ability of closing sales, hunter mentality and persistent follow-through throughout the sales cycle.Maintain a professional demeanor while performing under pressure in a competitive environment.Self-motivated, service minded and independent problem-solving ability.Ability to travel as needed.Self-starter who is highly motivated with strong initiative.Interpersonal skills with an emphasis on strong communication skills in both oral and written forms.
