Operator – Paris, KY *Pay Rate: $23/hour* *Schedule: Monday–Thursday* *Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM* *Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM* We are hiring *Operators* for a manufacturing facility in Paris, KY. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material-handling experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following established procedures. Responsibilities * Weigh and fill products according to production specifications. * Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery. * Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or further processing. * Handle raw materials and chemicals safely according to established procedures. * Complete accurate production and batch documentation. * Perform material handling using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when qualified. * Maintain clean and organized production and work areas. * Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. * Meet production schedules while maintaining accuracy and product quality. Requirements * High school diploma or GED required. * Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. * GMP/cGMP experience is a plus. * Experience with any of the following is highly desirable: * Chemical handling * Forklift or pallet jack operation * Batching * Filling * Packaging * Machine operation * Material handling * Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. * Reliable attendance and ability to work a 12-hour shift.
