Lead Software Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer – Aerospace

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Software Verification & Validation (V&V) Lead with a strong background in aerospace embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DO-178B/C, Structural Coverage Analysis (SCA), software testing, and verification of safety-critical avionics software.Key Responsibilities:Lead software verification and validation activities for aerospace embedded systems.Perform Structural Coverage Analysis (SCA), instrumentation builds, and coverage analysis using RTRT.Execute unit, integration, and system-level testing to ensure compliance with DO-178B/C standards.Develop and execute black-box, white-box, and boundary value test cases.Analyze defects, document test results, and support root cause investigations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain requirements and configuration management using tools such as DOORS, Synergy CM/Change, Polarion, and SVN.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.10+ years of experience in Software Verification & Validation.Aerospace industry experience is mandatory.Strong knowledge of DO-178B/C, Embedded C/C++, Structural Coverage Analysis (SCA), and RTRT.Experience with unit, integration (SSIT/HSIT), and system-level testing.Familiarity with DOORS, Synergy CM/Change, Polarion, and SVN.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
