We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Shift Leaders to join our team.Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side work tasksContinually monitor our food and food qualityProperly perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge of those shiftsRun the shift while making sure that all employees are taking their given / mandatory breaks at the appropriate time throughout the dayWork all stations in the restaurant while recognizing where you are most needed at a given timeAssist Manager with other duties as neededMinimum 6 months of restaurant shift leader experience requiredExceptional communication skillsFood handlers and alcohol service training preferredAbility to coordinate work of self and othersAbility to multi-taskThis position is paid hourly and is eligible for overtime in accordance with laws applicable to the work location.This position is eligible to participate in Tip sharing!
