Data Entry Clerk

Hogsalt is looking for a dedicated and experienced full time Data Entry Clerk to join our team!As the Data Entry Clerk, you will primarily support the Accounts Payable function by managing full-cycle AP for 9+ restaurants, ensuring invoices are accurately processed, properly documented, and approved before payment. You will also reconcile vendor statements, maintain vendor records, review chargebacks, and assist with monthly AP close activities. In addition to AP responsibilities, you will support sales processing, data entry, integrations, and other administrative projects across the Accounting team.vWe offer a full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), commuter benefits, dining rewards, and vested paid time off!Experience And QualificationsMinimum of 1-3 years of hands on experience Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive Strong attention to detail and accuracyR365 experience preferredHospitality experience preferredDuties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in processing sales & reviewing integrationsProcess Full-Cycle accounts payable for 9+ restaurantsReview all AP transactions for appropriate documentation and approval before paymentReview chargebacks and contest as neededProcess and approve internal invoicesReconcile vendor statementsCreate and maintain vendor files with proper documentation and backup (W9)Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable filesAssist in monthly closings/ AP Aging reviewCollaborate with Purchasing and Receiving Departments to handle any PO issuesRetrieve and save backup for monthly utility charges, credit card statements , etcSupport other departments as needed with data entryAd Hoc projects as assignedHogsalt is not your typical restaurant group.
