This role is pivotal in advancing our offensive security capabilities through adversary simulation, vulnerability identification, and risk assessment. The Lead Engineer will conduct and lead complex red team operations, develop strategic emulation objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our security posture. This is an operator-focused position, emphasizing hands-on technical expertise, mentorship, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offensive security, a deep understanding of threat actor tactics, and the ability to develop innovative approaches to simulate real-world adversaries.The position offers a competitive salary range of $128,000.00 - $231,000.00, with pay based on factors such as labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
