Join our Quality Control team as a QC Laboratory Analyst and play a crucial role in ensuring our raw materials, finished products, and stability samples meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficacy.In this hands-on position, you will:Operate advanced laboratory instrumentation such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and more to support manufacturing operations.Prepare reagents, execute analytical testing, and collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.Directly contribute to the health and wellness of our customers by ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Perform Analytical Testing (75%):Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses on raw materials, finished products, and stability samples. Ensure precise documentation and compliance with cGMP regulations and SOPs.Support Laboratory Investigations (10%):Assist with investigations related to atypical or out-of-specification (OOS) results, working closely with supervisors to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.Drive Continuous Improvement (10%):Participate in initiatives to enhance laboratory operations, reduce inefficiencies, and maintain regulatory readiness.Audit Preparation (5%):Prepare the laboratory for internal and external audits by verifying that all documentation and testing practices are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.What You Bring:Education & Experience:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical quality control laboratory.Knowledge & Skills:Solid understanding of cGMP regulations and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Proven hands-on experience with laboratory instrumentation such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Malvern, and Empower.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures accurately.Highly organized, adaptable, and able to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ready to make a difference in quality and safety?
