Yes, there is a business to run — but your people always come first (and maybe a Munchie Meal too).Position SummaryThe Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, leading and developing team members, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and driving sales and profitability. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, customer service, and team culture.Essential ResponsibilitiesAs a Restaurant General Manager, you will:Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing overall restaurant operationsRecruit, train, develop, coach, and recognize top-performing employeesLead daily operations to ensure guests receive excellent customer serviceMaintain strong awareness and commitment to food quality and food safety standardsManage labor, inventory, scheduling, and profitability goalsFoster a positive, respectful, and motivating work environmentHandle multiple demands and shifting priorities in a fast-paced settingEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standardsBuild and maintain a strong team culture focused on accountability and growthQualificationsWe ask you to:Have 3+ years of experience managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibilityPossess a High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferredHave the ability to communicate effectively in EnglishBe at least 18 years of ageBe willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysHave the ability to lift and carry 10–65 lbs.Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insuranceWhy Join Twins Management Group?Twins Management Group is committed to investing in people and creating opportunities for long-term career growth.
