What We OfferFull-time, hourly position Competitive pay:$25-$30/hour , based on experience Overtime opportunities Comprehensive benefits package, including:Company-paid family health insurance (65%) Dental insurance Paid life insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Dependent Care FSA 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO)What You'll DoPrepare, patch, and paint commercial interior and exterior surfaces Apply paints, coatings, primers, and specialty finishes Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Follow project specifications and quality standards Work safely while following OSHA and company safety procedures Collaborate with foremen and teammates to complete projects efficiently Represent Kaloutas professionally on every jobsite What We're Looking ForMinimum of2 years of commercial painting experience Authorized to work in the United States Ability to communicate in English OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation Smartphone or mobile device Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team What Success Looks LikeOur best painters: Show up on time and ready to work Produce high-quality workmanship with attention to detail Bring and maintain their own hand tools Treat teammates, customers, and other trades with respect Complete weekly timecards accurately and on time Stay responsive to communication from supervisors Prioritize safety every day Take pride in delivering exceptional results Reports To:Project Foreman Location:Multiple project locations throughout New England.
