Process Project Engineer/Production Engineer/Improvement Engineer/Project Engineer/Project Manager/Improvement Projects/Capital Projects/Process Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Chemical Manufacturing/Engineer/PSM/Chemicals/Engineering/Hazardous Chemicals/Refining/Petrochemicals/Paper Manufacturing/Firefighting/Delta VOur client is an industry leader in the manufacturing of inorganic chemicals. They are in search of Process Project Engineer for their facility in central Wisconsin. This person will be responsible for process engineering related activities and executing small capital projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with process optimization and continuous improvement projects in the chemical industry.As a Process Project Engineer, responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Demonstrate personal leadership in plant safety and environmental initiativesEnsure continuous optimization of manufacturing processesProvide daily troubleshootingMonitor plant processes and reports deficiencies to the appropriate plant departmentIdentify, plan champion, implement process improvement projectsSpecify equipment and materials for plant processes to ensure process reliabilityProject responsibilities include: cost estimation for new projects, materials procurement and acceptance, installation oversight, project cost management, maintain a current project documentation, communicate project status to stakeholdersCreation/review of process operating procedures to support plant improvementsEnsure process & project compliance with construction, engineering, safety & environmental codes & regulationsParticipate in training to plant employees on process improvements/modificationsLead or participate in process hazard analysis reviewsSupport PSM, RMP, PHA action item resolutionLead Safety/Process related incident investigationProcess Project Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:B.S. in Chemical Engineering required5 or more years of experience as a Process/Production/Project Engineer in a manufacturing plant out of chemicals, refining, petrochemicals, and/or paper is idealExperience providing daily technical support, firefighting, and process improvementsExperience executing capital projectsPrevious experience in a PSM regulated facility would be idealFamiliarity with DCS systems is a plusSalary Range: up to $125,000 + 7% yearly bonus potentialBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
