We are seeking an energetic, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented candidate for a full‑time paralegal position in our Worcester or Boston office. Responsibilities Review a high volume of documents and assist in document productions and discovery Prepare for trial by producing, compiling, organizing, and indexing evidentiary exhibits; mark and identify trial exhibits and draft a list of exhibits to be offered at trial Perform a range of tasks including the preparation of medical chronologies, narrative summaries, charts, tables, graphs, or other visual aids to be used at motion hearings and trials Support attorneys with litigation processes Conduct research and gather information using general and legal research tools File pleadings, motions and other documents Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred 5+ years of litigation experience Trial experience in state and federal courts Experience in eDiscovery Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to multitask Knowledge of legal terminology and civil rules and procedures Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment The desire to succeed, learn and develop relevant experience on the job Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Salary range: $70,000 – $100,000 depending upon experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
