Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to end user/customer-reported issues via inbound and outbound phone and email communications (i.e. updating customers, providing instruction, tech support, coaching, negotiating, etc.)
Determine the appropriate course of action and follow through to ensure resolution
Coordinate projects related to security solutions (i.e. CCTV systems) to include scheduling, ordering equipment, communicating with onsite personnel, updating customer on status, ensuring work completed per scope
Perform data entry in workflow system for transactions and tasks, logging activity, reporting, generating work orders, shipments and other tasks related to a service request
Manage costs, margin and budget on individual or group work orders as well as handling warranty and non-warranty ownership of all billable items and services incurred to complete a service scope
Assist with permitting: Certificates of insurance, State contractors license, DIR Registration, General electrician state certificate for each employee, Updated safety certifications, Employees union dispatch slips, W9, DAS 140 & 142, Letter of assent, Preliminary notice and Certified payroll
Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service, dispatch and/or tech support experience
Well versed in all compliance documentation for construction projects. Understand fire projects and can assist with permitting.
Security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:Organizational skills
Able to navigate computer based ticketing system
Experience managing schedules
Strong multi-tasking and documentation skills
Detail oriented and analytic problem solver
Mechanical/technical aptitude
Customer service attitude
Ability to multi-task under pressure
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Compensation based on experience: $28-32/HR
