The Bookkeeper position is responsible for maintaining financial records and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. This position will also be responsible for reconciling bank accounts and maintaining financial data. Duties include A/R, A/P, sales tax reporting, invoicing, etc. Requirements: ·Minimum of 6 years of experience in an accounting position ·Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred ·Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Excel to include knowledge of V-Lookups and Keywords) ·Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks assigned ·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ·Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment ·Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off Physical Setting: Office Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Bookkeeping: 10 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
