As a BT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinicsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Implement evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies to promote meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomesCollect and record data on client progress and conduct sessions in accordance with company protocolsCollaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure therapy is practical, respectful, and impactful across settingsParticipate in ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to ensure continued professional growth and developmentRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs desirableAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt to changing client needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent data collection and recording skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company protocols and policiesAbout the Role:At Imagination ABA Therapy, we value professionalism, compassion, and growth.
