Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 per year, Full-TimeAM, PM and WeekendsFood & Beverage Manager    Reports to: Director of Food & Beverage       Salary: $75k - $85kFouquet’s New York is looking for a qualified and highly motivated Food & Beverage Manager who shares a passion for Hospitality.Responsibilities:Work under the direction of the Head of Food and Beverage to manage daily operations of the restaurant and at times as needed other food and beverage areasAppoint and delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff as directed by General ManagerEnsure standard operating procedures are upheldLead by exampleEnsures smooth operations by planning, delegating, and clearly communicating responsibilities to staff and providing coaching and feedback as neededRespond efficiently to customer questions and complaintsManage restaurant suppliesDisplays a customer-comes-first mentality and ensures the team delivers exceptional customer service to all guestsRequirements: Minimum 4 years in a management role in the high-end Restaurant/ luxury hotel in New York CityBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferredCulinary certificate or comparable experience preferredMust exemplify the highest standards in honesty, integrity, humility and leadershipProven team player is willing to roll up your sleeves - a good leader should be willing and able to do whatever he or she asks of their team!Good time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsFood Handler’s Permit or ServSafe Manager’s CertificationJob Type: Full-TimeBenefits: Health/Vision/Dental Insurance/Life Insurance/Paid Time OffFouquet’s New York is an equal opportunity employer.
