Role Description We are seeking a skilled Therapist specializing in the area of hand therapy to join our team at Nick Roselli Occupational Therapy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bronx, NY location. The Therapist will assess, design, and implement effective treatment plans to help patients recover function and manage pain and other limitations.Daily responsibilities include working closely with patients, documenting progress, providing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure optimal care outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in hand therapy techniques, including splinting and rehabilitation of upper extremity conditionsStrong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and progress documentationKnowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy approaches and interventionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and professional collaborationCurrent licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist; Hand Therapy Certification (CHT) preferredAbility to effectively manage and prioritize multiple cases in a dynamic clinical environmentPrevious experience in hand therapy or rehabilitation is preferredA passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care
