Administrative Assistant
MGS Services LLC located in Gaithersburg Maryland, is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, hardworking, individual that has experience in working with small business companies in the service industry.
The successful candidate must be very organized, dependable, reliable, and able to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally. Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word a must.
Must be able to multitask with different types of phone calls, email inquiries, accounts receivable, accounts payable and understand how to schedule clients within the given area for projects.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Electronic and paper filing
Data Entry
Records Management
Inventory management
Answer phones: Able to speak clearly and proficiently.
Dispatching: Able to dispatch crews in different areas while making sure the least amount of drive time is done.
On call emergency dispatcher (Occasionally)
Receiving or packing for shipment incoming or outgoing parts and materials
Comfortably able to lift 30 pounds without assistance
This position is Full time, 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. Remuneration based on experience and qualifications. Please forward resume and references for consideration.
