Your role will be vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the homebuilding process.Requirements:Engage and welcome potential customers at our Design CenterHelp customers by providing guidance and answering their inquiries about customization optionsKeep the Design Center and models in top condition, representing our business professionallyAddress and resolve customer concerns in a respectful mannerMaintain accurate and current customer information for our sales teamCollaborate with various departments to ensure prompt construction start times for our customersOur ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual passionate about the homebuilding industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree. Being bilingual is a plus but not a requirement. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
