This role supports Windows workstations, mobile devices, and core corporate technologies. Responsibilities include both hands‑on and remote support for applications, hardware, and platforms used by our domestic and international teams. A major focus of the role is managing all incoming and outgoing end‑user equipment—ensuring computers and smartphones are inventoried, cleaned, prepared, and ready for deployment.Essential ResponsibilitiesManage the inventory, imaging, deployment, and support of desktop and laptop systemsDocument processes and maintain accurate technical documentationInstall, maintain, and support hardware, operating systems, and applicationsParticipate in maintaining the deployment environmentWork support queues to identify and resolve technical issuesAssist with equipment moves for users and office locationsProvide support for laptops, tablets, and smartphonesCreate, deactivate, and manage Active Directory objectsAssess and help integrate new technologies into the production and support environmentCollaborate with the Director of Corporate IT and partner departmentsManage shipping and receiving of all IT equipmentQualifications & CharacteristicsStrong problem‑solving skills with the ability to coordinate and implement solutionsExcellent organizational and time‑management abilities; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills and effective verbal and written communicationAbility to integrate into team environments and lead projects when neededAbility to learn new technologies quickly and develop standard operating proceduresDemonstrates resourcefulness and perseveranceFlexibility to work outside standard hours when necessaryA+ certification or 1–2 years of extensive PC hardware experience (laptop repair a plus)Network+ certification or 1–2 years of x86 server hardware experience1–2 years of Microsoft Active Directory administrationMTA or MCSA in supported Windows workstation/server technologies2–4 years of desktop OS and application support in a mid to large‑sized environmentStrong experience supporting current MS Office applicationsExperience documenting build standards and writing end‑user HOW‑TOsBasic understanding of IP networkingExperience in a 24×7×365 environment is a plusExperience with storage/retention environments is a plusAbility to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.Ability to work flexible hours as requiredThe Compensation range for this role is 45,000 to 55,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
