MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Science/Analytics Intern to work 20hrs/week in Honolulu, Hawaii.Candidates must be a US Citizen with an active Security Clearance or eligibility for a US Security ClearanceResponsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToSupport technical work to grow your skills of Data Science/Analytics.Develop innovative solutions to Data Science challengesCollaborate with colleagues on guided projects directly flowing back to real contractsBasic QualificationsU.S. Citizen with an active Security Clearance or eligibility for a US Security Clearance Full Time student pursuing a BS or MS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field with a graduation date no earlier than December 2026Coursework and/or prior internship related to data science/analyticsWorking knowledge of statistical modeling Working knowledge of Python, R, Scala, or JavaScript Strong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsPrior research or studies in Indo-Pacific topicsA passion for low-level / embedded data/science analytics Working knowledge of cloud computing/cloud storage and SQLClearance RequirementsIndividuals must be a U.S. Citizen and either hold an active US Security Clearance or must be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance.
