That's the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.OVERVIEWThe Senior Manager, Workplace Experience is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving Alo's workplace environments and operational systems to support employee productivity, engagement, and business growth. This role combines workplace operations, and employee experience with a strong focus on scalable systems, process optimization, and operational excellence.The Senior Manager will lead corporate workplace initiatives across Alo's office portfolio, ensuring that facilities, services, and systems operate efficiently and seamlessly while aligning with Alo's culture and growth strategy.RESPONSIBILITIESWorkplace Strategy & OperationsDevelop and execute a workplace experience strategy aligned with Alo's full time work model and business growthBuild and own scalable workplace operating systems, workflows, and tools to replace manual processesPartner cross-functionally with People, Finance, IT, Legal, and Security to ensure alignment and operational consistencyTrack and report on workplace performance metricsManage vendor relationships including security, cleaning, food service, maintenance, and other workplace servicesLead space planning, office openings, renovations, and relocationsEnsure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulationsDevelop and manage workplace budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsOperational Excellence & Risk ManagementDesign and implement governance, controls, and automation to prevent operational inefficiencies, financial projection, and compliance assessmentLead complex workplace initiatives and transitions with minimal disruption to employees and business operationsContinuously evaluate and improve processes to support speed, scalability, and reliabilityAutomation & Systems EnablementLeverage automation and integrated tools to streamline workplace operations and employee requestsImplement self-service solutions that reduce administrative burden and improve turnaround timesPartner with IT and other stakeholders to enhance system integrations and data accuracyTeam LeadershipLead, coach, and develop workplace team membersEstablish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectationsFoster a service-oriented, employee-first mindset across the workplace teamQUALIFICATIONS8+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities management, workplace operations, or corporate real estate3-5+ years of people leadership experienceProven experience managing multi-site office portfolios and vendor relationshipsStrong operational and process-driven mindset with experience building scalable systemsExperience managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsExcellent project management, communication, and organizational skillsStrategic and analytical thinkerDetail-oriented with strong execution capabilitiesAbility to manage complex initiatives with minimal disruptionEmployee-centric, service-oriented approachStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAdaptable and effective in a fast-paced environmentPreferredExperience supporting high-growth or multi-entity organizationsFamiliarity with automation tools, workflow systems, and integrated workplace platformsStrong cross-functional partnership experience with People, Finance, IT, and Legal teamsThe base salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
