In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our technology architecture, leading development efforts across our SaaS platform, data pipelines, AI agents, and telemetry infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with product managers, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. As a technical leader, you will mentor engineers, promote best practices, and contribute to the strategic direction of our technology stack. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of financial technology, working with cutting-edge AI and data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have over 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in Python and JavaScript. Proven leadership experience in architecting complex systems, mentoring engineering teams, and implementing best practices in entrepreneurial or high-growth environments is essential. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies. Experience working on SaaS platforms, data pipelines, AI integrations, and security standards is highly desirable. Bonus points for contributions to open source projects and familiarity with modern DevOps practices.
