Position: AWS Telephony / IVR Application Developer Location: St. Louis, NYC/Remote Interview: In-Person Job Type: Contract Key Skills Required: Amazon Connect (Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, Hours of Operation) AWS Lambda (Node.js or Python) Amazon Lex DynamoDB REST API Integration AWS Secrets Manager / Parameter Store CI/CD Pipelines Telephony / IVR Development Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect Contact Flows. Build AWS Lambda functions and integrate REST APIs for IVR applications. Configure Amazon Connect resources, including queues, routing profiles, and hours of operation. Develop secure, scalable, and resilient serverless applications. Implement robust error handling, retry logic, and structured logging. Design DynamoDB solutions to support IVR workflows. Deploy applications through CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with QA to deliver high-quality releases.
