For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Analyst - AI In HR Strategy And Transformation (remote - U.s.) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $172,000 – $202,500 annuallyResponsibilities Create innovative, actionable insights in writing, video, and other formats Conduct in-depth analysis to identify and address client challenges Establish thought leadership and research positions across teams Deliver tailored advice to CHROs and senior HR leaders Research and predict market trends in AI-driven HR technology Support sales with market insights to improve client engagement Mentor junior team members and promote team collaborationQualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred 12+ years in HR functional and/or technology leadership roles Profound understanding of challenges faced by CHROs and their workflows Experience with AI implementation in HR strategies Deep knowledge of HR tech landscape and its market dynamics Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environmentBenefits Generous paid time off (PTO) 401k match up to $7,200 per year Opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount Participation in an annual bonus plan based on performance Access to innovative thought leadership and professional development opportunitiesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
