Machine Operator / Team Member B (1st - Nut Turning)

This position is a 10-hour shift from Monday through Thursday with overtime on Fridays and double time on Saturdays.We are looking for a candidate with the following skills/experiences:CNC experienced for at least a couple of yearsHave potential to advance into machinist positionHave experience with caliper, micrometers, off-sets, touch-offs, height gauge, depth and ID micrometer, slant gaugesExcellent work history Translate into machine set-upMove machine control to adjust machineOperate machine tools such as lathes, milling machinesSet up, machine toolsSet up and operate another machine tool during machining cyclesSet or reset machine to required machining sequence to machine parts in toleranceClean machine, tooling, and partsSet up and operate assigned equipment necessary to machine component partsInspect parts as they exit the machineRead and interpret machine parts drawing specificationsOperating equipment and machine toolsAdjust machine settings to machine parts according to specifications and to maximize machining capabilitiesStart machine and observe cutting operationsSharpen tools and set up toolingFabricate parts to specifications on blueprintSet up and operate computer numerical control machines by programming control instructions into machine control unitsSelect appropriate set up tooling and fixtures for machinesDetermine accuracy of machine operationsSet up and operate another machine tool during tape controlled machining cyclesProduce parts within required tolerances.
