With countless communities managed across the Midwest, we're always looking for quality people to add to our team and we are looking for a Director of Asset Management!If you have experience in any of the following roles, we especially want to hear from you!Senior Community Association ManagerHOA ProfessionalProject ManagerBuilding EstimatorSales Manager/Director in the Construction or Building Maintenance Services SectorThe Director or Asset Management position initiates, oversees, and assists in the production of project coordination and strategic planning for Community Managers, Board members, in addition to scheduling of inspections, and presenting the arguments for the Companies and Communities best interest regarding the claims process.Operational InitiativesSupports communities and community managers in strategic planning and project coordination.Manage and assist in the smooth and efficient flow of information through the Corporate Operations department.Manage the accountability of all projects you are assigned to being delivered ahead of schedule, on budget and with high customer satisfaction.Develop and maintain relationships with preferred vendors to bid on projects.Reviews and participates in sales forecasting of the company to ensure accuracy, and profitability.Develop and review scopes with Project Managers for advanced opportunities within the project to ensure all scope items are addressed accurately, approached, and communicated effectively to Insurance Adjusters, Board Members, Community Managers, in addition to recorded/ stored electronically.Utilize project coordination Acceptance Agreement to contractually bind projects.SalesAssess property business opportunities and formulate action plans to engage the Board for presentation.Develop RFP's for all Capital Improvement opportunities utilizing RCM and other vendors.Present proposals, schedules, bids and implementation to the Board of Directors and assist with the public relations components needed for successful acceptance from the remaining home owners.Cultivate Pipeline of potential Project Coordination projects.Utilizing prospecting, Community Manager leads, other industry professionals, and historical data.ManagementWork collaboratively with Community Managers in other departments and support their efforts in accomplishing Company goals.Establish team focus by developing and communicating goals in support of the visions and values of Performance Services.Develop team members by providing educational assistant on local code revisions and product availability/ product identification.Ensure there is an accurate and comprehensive approach to the claims delivered in a fashion that assists in concise communication.Review/ provide interviews for all candidates in all branch locations considered for the Claims Manager position.Direct review and ownership of communications regarding all job costs and invoicing directly involved in all branch locations.Direct and assist in collections and communications of accounts receivable.Core CompetenciesTrust Builder - "Relationship Sales" person by nature.
